Build strength, balance & confidence in a way that fits naturally into your life.

Personal training designed for people who may not love gyms but want to feel stronger, fitter & more confident.

Many of my clients never felt comfortable in traditional gyms. Some are returning to exercise after many years away, while others simply want to stay active and strong as they get older.

I work with clients from their twenties through to their nineties, creating personalised sessions that meet you exactly where you are.

What my clients want

A woman with short, light-colored hair and fair skin, standing against a plain gray background, wearing a white collared shirt underneath a gray, fluffy sweater, and smiling slightly with arms crossed.

What I offer

Personal Training

One-to-one sessions tailored completely to you and your goals. Sessions can take place in your home, garden or local park.

Small Group Training

Supportive, motivating classes for friends or family where everyone works at their own level.

Group classes at St Mark’s & Camden Square

I take four group circuits, strength and sculpt classes a week in Primrose Hill and Camden, and two classes for older adults in Primrose Hill (details below).

Virtual Training

Whether you live too far away, are travelling for work or on holiday, you can still keep up with your training. I offer virtual sessions so you can train from anywhere..

Why train with me?

Exercise doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective. My approach is about building strength, confidence and consistency in a way that fits naturally into your life.

Sessions are designed to feel supportive, varied and achievable, whether you’re completely new to exercise or looking to maintain strength and mobility as you get older.

Over time, clients often notice more than just improved fitness. They feel stronger in everyday life, move with greater ease and balance, sleep better, and have more energy and confidence in their bodies.

Small steps, taken consistently, create lasting change.

About me

I’ve spent over thirty years working as an actor in theatre, film and television.

It’s a profession where movement, presence and physical awareness are essential. Looking after my body has always been part of my craft.

Acting has taught me resilience, focus and the importance of preparation — qualities I bring to every training session.

When I work with clients, I draw on both worlds: the discipline and creativity of performance, and the science and structure of fitness. I understand what it takes to build confidence, move with purpose and feel at your best — whatever your age or starting point.

My clients range from their twenties to their nineties, each on their own journey towards greater strength, balance and wellbeing.

If you live locally and would like to find out more, I’d love to hear from you.

Personal Training

Every session is designed around you — your goals, fitness level and lifestyle.

My focus is on small, steady progress that builds real strength and lasting confidence. I’ll help you stay motivated, consistent and training safely.

Whether you want to improve your fitness, change your physique, or simply build a healthier relationship with exercise, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

And if your pet wants to join us during outdoor sessions, they’re very welcome too.

Group training

Training together brings energy, laughter and a sense of shared purpose.

Group sessions turn exercise into something social — a chance to move, connect and motivate each other.

For many people they provide structure to the week, a boost to mood and a great way to build strength, balance and flexibility.

Small group training

Three people exercising outdoors in a park with green trees, doing squats with resistance bands around their thighs.

Train with friends, family or colleagues in groups of two to five.

Sessions are tailored to suit everyone’s abilities so each person can progress at their own pace. It’s a motivating, social way to stay consistent — and have fun while doing it.

Virtual training

Wherever you are in the world, you can keep your training consistent.

Virtual sessions are perfect if you travel, have a busy schedule, or live further away.

Clients also have access to my private YouTube channel with exclusive warm-ups, workouts and cool-downs — from quick 10-minute routines to full 40-minute sessions.

New videos are added regularly to help keep you motivated and progressing.

“When my human started training with Hermione, I thought it meant fewer walks. Turns out, it means more! I get to join in for park sessions, chase the ball during warm-ups, and provide motivational tail wags.”
